There was a small information leaflet within that bag but this is all in german however i did make out that there is a you tube page for the syringe which i have reviewed and this has some good ideas on the reverse of the leaflet shows a do not use in the dishwasher symbol so that is good to know

I tried it with a commercial marinade but this proved too thick and had to be watered down to use

It is great for bbq food as it keeps the marinade in the meat not sticking to the grill or dripping on to the coals causing flames and often burnt outers
