I have tried fitting my phone in which is quite long but it becomes quite bulky so i dont think i would use it to carry my phone maybe just my other valuables

So it is definitely secure and i didnt feel like it got in the way too much the main weight of it was from what was inside the bag

I had the previous version of this just one compartment and although very good the problem was bits were tight and could sometimes fall out if you’re removing your keys or phone

The items dont feel heavy or the belt becoming a problem when running and i know where my keys and phone are
