Pros

These were recommended by my occupational therapist. Definitely help with my stiff wrists. Fun therapy after wrist surgery.

Size and weight are enough to get a work out of all the hand extensors in about a minute per hand. Love these beading balls. These balls are ther perfect size and heft for therapy.

Good quality. Very nice, helps relax me. Received in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Much preferred to the baoding with bells inside. Much quieter, smaller and easier to manipulate. No chiming, smooth finish, and enough weight for exercise. The coolness also feels really nice on my hands.

Shipped in a zippered sleeve, these solid, heavy spheres are mirror-polished stainless, with a silky smooth feel. They have a heft quite unlike the hollow steel enameled versions.

Cons

It's possible that the top chi baoding balls are made with common steel that has been coated with a layer of stainless and then chromed. They don’t chime. They are magnetic and do not have the weight of stainless steel.
