Hello tablets are more substantial but harder to break up in your mouth. Per tablet, this option is much less expensive than the mint ones in the bottle. Recyclable packaging. More natural ingredients as well.

The tabs come in a refillable glass bottle. Packaging is fully recyclable or you can reuse it since it's made out of glass. The refill packets fill up the bottle nicely.

Plastic packaging makes the glass and cardboard no longer recyclable. Didn't leave my mouth feeling any cleaner. I hope the dentist can remove it.
