That is incorrect the brush simply was not pushed all the way down as you see in the photos i’ve uploaded

Doesnt have the little metal bezel at the base which might relate to the fact that it doesnt have the perfect snap on placement but it brushes as well as the original

These work although they are not as soft as my prior purchased brand and they are not a soft as the sonicare ones
