The audio version is just so disjointed and difficult to follow. The whole book is like a cut and rehash of transcripts from the podcast. The narrator is just sort of obnoxious and it was distracting.

If you are okay with someone suggesting that fasting cleans pre-cancerous cells out of your body then go for it.

It's like that scam that you see on telephone poles. For a certain fee, you get an email list or phone list or plan to post the very same ad targeting people who are desperate to earn money.
