It is small and compact and even fits in my smaller 15l cotopaxi daypack. It's a bit snug since it's the slim style one, but the regular one was thicker which i didn't want, so i stuck with this one. Tight squeeze in my normal backpack but no issues.
Canon 5d iv and various lenses; 24-70mm 2. L, 85-1. L and 100-2. Lense fit perfectly. Sony 6500 fits perfectly along with an extra lens, battery charger and extra batteries.
The bag seems to be made very well and i suspect it will keep its sturdiness overtime. Great backpack insert for smaller bags. Perfect for a streamlined travel kit.
Cons
Tenba's new bag struggles with holding gear in place. Don't store your gear in the bag on the shelf either.

Which is to say you can open your backpack unzip this thing and remove your camera wo taking the insert out of the camera

You can configure it in many different ways with the included dividers 4 dividers total 2 medium size 1 small and 1 felt blue smallmedium size

Please keep in mind i do have a leather cover over my camera so its footprint is increased significantly

Very nice the the zippers need to be broken in they catch on the padding the first few times
