The arm is missing a couple of thumb screws that would really help when trying to position the mic as is they come loose and you have to find a spanner small enough to tighten them

I was not happy that the item i purchased did not come with the phantom power supply and i had to buy it separately

We had one missing part which i reported and the supplier fell over themselves in an effort to sort out a replacement
