Very good i have 4 children 12 – 4 – 2 and a 6 month old
It has been a week now and i don’t even have to remind the 12 yr old to take her vitamins – she actually remembers and takes them on her own
Not to mention the struggles trying to get a 12 yr old to do or take anything on a regular bases is impossible
