Thin insole not very comfortable

My surprise is that their current selection is tooooo casual with lots of neon soles weird colors etc or too elegant with shiny leather and even though i am willing to pay the 200 a pair these cost these won’t combinations won’t work out in my work in outfits the way i want them regardless of how comfortable these may be
