Pros

Velcro straps make them easy to adjust tightness. They come with a little tool to service the clips. I like the idea of a pre-installed cleat. They fit true to size, are adjustable with the velcro straps and definitely lock my feet into the stirrups.

Cons

These shoes are slippery. The sizing and width seems completely off. Also, those cleats on my pair were placed crooked.

A disappointing purchase. Did not come with the correct hardware. Im hoping the seller will respond to this.

My feet feel so constricted. My foot is ‘swimming’ and heel feels loose. My toes get numb and the whole foot starts hurting.

I wear a 7 128 women shoes 8 in brooks and new balance 7 12 in nike and every day shoes and the 39 fit perfectly

A fraction of other spin shoes are on the market

I compared them with my venzo shoes and the uppers of her shoes are definitely stiffer
