Some of the reviews here had me confused as i saw some people trying to put this stylus in what seemed like the wrong model

The one on the right the dark grey is the new 3ds xl

The distinct differences between the styluses is the top part the original 3ds xl stylus droops down more than the new 3ds xl and the new 3ds xl stylus is slightly thicker

Make sure if youre ordering this stylus its for a 3ds that has a stylus insert underneath the abxy buttons side
