Pros & Cons
Pros
"in a pinch i know they do work most of the time, so they get 4/5" not sure about all these reviews claiming the redesign doesn't work. It’s like a mailbox.
Cons
It is hard to understand why they discontinued it ad replaced it with inferior tomcat. Did not work for me.
I keep finding them knocked over or moved, without the trap ever being triggered. Had 4 of these out for over a week after noticing mouse droppings and didn’t catch anything.
Highlights
Quality
I’ve been catching them even on the sticky pad with the edible on there
I don’t have to see the mouse deal with the carcass in order to reuse the trap perfect
I probably wont be buying these again simply because they seem inhumane for the littler critters

When i went to check the trap it said “mouse caught” i didn’t believe it and thought it just accidentally triggered so i went to reset it and saw a tail

These work but if you have smallyoung mice it will catch them alive or not kill them instantly

The kill mechanism isnt going to crush their neck and they get tossed into the back little reservoir thing assoverend and get quite the fright

Others have mentioned they can chew or push their way out of the bait flap but i imagine that only happens if you leave these traps for any extended period without checking them after you hear them go off

If they are uninjured you can release them by pulling the black flap down and shaking them out into a bucket
