All of my songs are mp4's and none of them played. It is stuck on intro or something and only plays the first 10 seconds of each song. Instruction sheet is both illegible and unintelligible.
While other reviewers did note this issue, the misleading title makes such reviews easy to overlook. Huge disappointment.
One of the saddest parts is that a wonderful open source mp3 player firmware called rockbox has been around for about as long as these devices have. This is only day one of owning the player, but regret purchasing this product.
