I used to use the “glide” type floss that easily zipped between my teeth with no effort but according to my dental hygienist that doesn’t do a good job of cleaning … you really need a floss that is a little thicker to get the plaque out between the teeth

I have to use mouthwash before i floss with this particular floss so it will slide between my teeth

Its very thick and gritty which helps with getting gunk out of your teeth but its so thick that it is hard to push it in and pull out from some areas

Ive cut my gums with the floss pushing it in tight spaces and also feel like ill pull out the cap on one of my back teeth when i pull it out
