Pros
Material is a thick hard shell quality plastic, unlike the foldable kind i tried which was too thin and collapses. It’s otherwise sturdy and better than what we had. This thing is fantastic!
Spigot is very durable, easy to open and close. Comes with a durable carrying handle also on the same side as spigot and cap. Anti droplet spout is slightly cumbersome to use with one hand, but totally worth it for no leaks!
Cons
We had high hopes be as we like how study the plastic seems, however; it leaks badly around the lid. Don’t waste your money.

The plastic material is medium thick sick not the think plastic on other water jugs sold on amazon

Ive had it for over 2 months and one instance the nozile started to leak but i found out the rubber washer inside adjusted out of placement thus not giving it a tight seal

If this happens to you just use a smart object to realign the washer into the correct place

I give minus a star because the fill nozziles are not large so it is difficult to fill

If the carboy is resting on its side for dispensing water the spout is an inch or so too long and leads to the bottle actually resting on the spout leading to instability and too much stress on said spout

I needed a water dispenser for my fridge and the last two that ive had have leaked all over everything and been generally impossible
