Since serrated bread knives cant easily be sharpened like a knife with a regular edge the theory is that one should spend less on a serrated blade with the understanding that it is sort of disposable when it wears out

Some complaints are the blade having a few small dings and scratches and the handle having a slightly reddish hue instead of golden brown as shown in its product photo
