Tofurky peppered slices on toasted rye with swiss cheese and spicy brown mustard and it makes a really great sandwich. Second favorite is vegan mayo, spicy mustard, spinach leaves, tomatoes and onions on a toasted hoagie roll.

You kknow how some sliced vegan meats sometimes are a bit mushy and sometimes sliced too fat

I gave a slice to the hubby who does eat meat and he thought it was okay and he’d eat them he just wouldn’t choose them for himself
