The fleece lined inner is soft but there is one spot where a seam has a tiny bit of plastic sticking out that irritates me a bit

Returned for a medium which fits better but probably could have gotten a small as the waist band is very stretchy

The us medium fit perfectly but wouldn’t allow for comfort and movement with leggings tights or long underwear
