One of the jaws just snapped off

The product appeared to be of high quality so i will give them a second try and they refunded me quickly for the broken pair so as far as the actual product jury still out though it did perform as expected so i am hoping that it was just a materials flaw

They also have an extra spring which is something that has often broken first in previous nippers

The first set of clippers i got were a dud the springs where misplaced and one of the jaws snapped the first time i used it
