Pros
The hooks on the bands are good quality. There’s is silicone on the ends of the bands connecting the hook to the band over the fabric. The bands are quite strong they will not snap. Very snug.
The ankle straps have an adjustable strap under the foot that secures it in place.
Cons
This is the most useless product i've received. No tension or ability to adjust. Not very well made and didnt fit multiple body shapes. Did not like at all.

Make sure you put them on right with the round clip where you clip the band facing upwards towards your waist

I didnt too much care to use them for leg lifts or donkey kicks because its just awkward using these and it was more frustrating than anything to try and make them cooperate
