Pros
The bread toasts slightly more on one side than the other, but that doesn't affect the crunch of the toast. It has a dial that shows the length of time and counts down while it's toasting. Toasted evenly on both sides.
Cons
The materials in the toaster are cheeeeep. The guides for the bread bent, the handle falls off. It is like dollarama toy.
After only 1 month of use, it toasts unevenly and inconsistently. Sometimes only toasts 1 side, or will toast nicely 1 time then burn the next time without changing settings. Even then the bread was toasted unevenly.

I like this toaster but i had it on my stove while i was using the stove because i am limited for outlets and i was using the stove one and the heat from the stove melted the plastic on the bottom and it stuck to the stove element yes it was my own stupidity i guess i didnt think about it because ive had toasters before with metal bottoms that didnt do that
