Pros
Only problem is the velcro doesn't feel strong on the arm band but it didn't fall off. The dark gray is majority where i did the sweating. The cream feels like icy hot.
I hope the pic tells the story from the thigh trimmers. I use the arm trimmers everyday and have lost weight on my arms that i love it, but the leg trimmers can be a discomfort. Will increase bike time and other activities in the trimmer.
Cons
This product is garbage. If you want the compression you have to have someone else do this for you. Aside from not being guaranteed on delivery date (2 days late) product material is highly cheap.

I wanted to have it wrap around with no visible skin but when i pull the velcro pieces to the other side there’s a visible area

These also slide around a bit once you start sweating which is expected and if you go hard in your workouts they’ll start unsticking and the velcro will poke you
