It is recommended that you get someone else to attach these but as i am always alone this is impossible to do so they do not feel tight and slip during exercise

Like others have mentioned the wraps dont come with any care instructions so i have just rinsed in cold water after wearing during a workout

The material does make me sweat more than normal when working out in the gym on a hrd cardio workout i could see the sweat droplets coming out of the wraps and when i removed after my workout i was very sweaty under the wraps i did wander whether the wraaps would make me feel too hot but they didnt at all

My only complaint is that the arm wraps are hard to put on and they tend to slip off but that is because it makes you sweat so much that it wont stay in place during movement
