The username pass and ip address of the camera are on the box and amazon puts a sticker on top of it so i had to heatgun the sticker off so i could read the password and ip
The software disc worked that came with mine you may note that some drives wont read those mini cds and you cant read them with the disc drive is sideways either
I use blue iris dvr software to work with the cams and it works great
The zoomfocus is manual and kinda sucks but at least they are on the outside of the housing so you dont have to take it apart to adjust it
