    I watched the video and they make it look easy but you need a small sharp bladed screwdriver and then you have to be careful to not jab it in your hand

    One thing about the printer that i will likely go update my review is that all the cartridges ran out on the same night while i was trying to print 100 twosided color funeral programs

    Thats why you have to replace the chip as well when you fill them up
