There are 2 velcro adapters which will make the ends connect to the perfect size that you cut. The bottom attaches by wide velcro pads around the waist. There is a phone number for customer service to help fit it live on zoom.
Cons
Now she is in excruciating pain and there’s nothing that works to dull it. Very uncomfortable and clumsy like fit!
