This is designed for the usa so the initial set up requires a usa address easily completeted then the unit is registered and away you go this is basically a google tv with the added app of tivo stream but the tivo stream app once you load it just seems to make everything more fluid so when you search for something it shows you all the providers its available from and you can then decide to watch which rather than going in and out of apps to find what you want to watch

The unit itself is quite compact and its download updates so you dont need to be based in the us to get the updates you can also install applications on it like you would with any android device

All in all not a bad purchase and im very pleased and in addition all my smart home devices are controllable via the google assistant like they are on my mobile and the nest doorbell displays on my screen when it rings which is good and the power for the tivo can be from a usb port on the tv how mine is powered which is good as the power brick supplied is a 2pin american version though its worth noting it is a 110240v so if i wanted to i could use a usa to uk converter bit being usb any usb power brick will work it
