It is not the lock itself that is broken but the holder. Had to use bolt cutter to cut it. The lock wire split after one use.
The quality is useless and the only way to contact the mfg is a email form on the website or hopefully they are reading these reviews. Clearly not a deterrent. Absolutely useless. What the heck. It's a junk product.
Definitely going to invest in something more high quality with a key. Please save your money. Thank god this was only $10.

I would never leave my ebike locked with thing in a place where i can't see it for any more than a few minutes.

Any decent bike thief is going to cut this thing is less than about 10 seconds.

I would not recommend this lock if you have to leave your bike (or whatever) outside unattended overnight.
