Pros
One of my new favorite tool in my toolbox. It's ratcheting breaker bar one tool and get it done. They are some situations where you need more leverage than a 1/2 ratchet will provide.
Cons
It is not at all intuitive and seems to not lock in place properly.

Standard breaker bar has too much play and for tight spaces you’ll try to resort to your rachet wrench but they don’t provide enough leverage
