Love these. They came recommended by a friend. A lovely gift whether you are stressed or not.
Sleep better (jasmine, sandalwood and lavender) is a blend of lavender, sandalwood & jasmine. The calming and the sleep one are lavender blends which really help.

The scents are sublime and actually smell of what they're meant to be. The lavender smell comes through more than the other ingredients but not to the point where it it overpowering.
Midday - total de-stress (geranium, nutmeg and orange).
Cons
Disapointed, they are not cheap. Unfortunately the aroma is very watered down and not as impactful as i thought it would be.

Each item is quite small but the quality sees to be very good

The price isnt too crazy so i probably would buy again when i run out

Gorgeous packaging and also love the scent of all of the oils
Arrived in minimal packaging which is great also attractive enough to give as a gift

The other blend is a mood boosting blend and i use that in the morning just a spritz on my tshirt and it is like a perfume

I’m not a fan of lavender and 2 roller balls contain this real calm sleep better but due to the blend of the other oils the lavender is barely noticeable and i found the scents really pleasing
