Pros
If you have a continuing problem that interferes with concentration, you need help, this is worth a try. The words are clear, no distortion at all.
Cons
This product is a hoax. Went through two bottles with zero relief. Everytime one of these marketers has a video that you can't pause or finish on your schedule, i search the name of the promoter.
After 5 bottles my ears are still ringing. If anything the ringing in my ears is notably worse than when i started. Absolutely no difference in my tinnitus.

The volume is pretty constant (5 out of 10) ringing all day everyday but the volume is relatively low so it's somewhat easy to drown out and temporarily forget that i have tinnitus.

Second update - a few days after my first update, i stopped taking the pills to see what would happen.

Time passed and i forgot i had half a bottle left lol, i started retaking them 4 days ago to finish the bottle and the tinnitus in my left ear is now a 0 to 2 out of 10, before retaking it was at a 4, i say 0 because sometimes it goes away completely in my left ear but it's temporary, it fluctuates from a 0 to 2.
