Pros
Bought this for my hubby for his birthday. It is insanely laugh and i would suggest spending and extra 100 or so for a more quiet one. My one issue is the battery life.
I believe my sciatica came from tight quads, it bands, and lower back. Worked out some knots on my back and calf’s. His muscles are more relaxed and he recovers more quickly with this.
It's great on my it band and quads especially. It's more effective than stretching. It really helps with loosening up muscles and providing recovery afterward.
Cons
Under the warranty, it says 'at the discretion of the company, the price of product can be refunded' for defective machines. Timtam has said they will not honor the warranty and will not refund.
This product is a huge fire hazard. This machine has the same effect than someone punching you one hundred times very fast per second. Not sure how this is supposed to relax you.
