Pros
It’s perfect for great upper body workout. Good grip not to big for women. I’m a beginner and i feel it is a good start for me. They are softer so if you scrape your arm with the edge it is not irritating.
Cons
The material is horrible or the use cheap bad material that is not the same as what other water dumbbells are because these don't last. Ridiculously heavy in the water.

I have attended water aerobics at the gym for 4 years and the biggest problem i had with their weights is that the circumference of the handle was too big and caused my hand to hurt when i held them with my thumb on the opposite side

Only advice i have is to be in shallower water or find a way to weigh your feet down otherwise with each pump of the irons youll rocket into the air like a spacex flight
