There is no manual and it is not obvious how to set the time — the transparent protector over the clock face has latches at the top and bottom and can be removed by squeezing it vertically and pulling it out

It’s a cute clock that will do the job but note the measurements given are not accurate…maybe that’s the box size…take off 2 cm
