Pros
It relieves so much tension and anxiety. I get chronic migraines and this has been helping a lot.
Good size, good spikes and has a good cushion. Less expensive than some other brands but delivers the same high quality. My only complaint is that i feel like it should come in multiple sizes for length.
The spikes job is to relive stress that accumulates in the back muscles. I crave laying on my mats now and they feel wonderful to me. And sit on it for my hamstrings.

So i got this apparent torture device in the mail very skeptical that it wouldn even work and i did get frustrated after 4 days of use 20 minutes each that nothing was happening
