They are very bright and have a steady light or flashing light and the whole thing is reflective

Once on stayed on when i was running as i have recently bought another arm band for dark nights and it cannot strap around my arm so waste of money

The velcro means that it can adjust well to fit your arm however yellow section is not that flexible
