Update customer support contacted me and told me this can happen when the battery is flat so seem all good with a new battery would have given it 5 stars if it had a low battery icon show up rather than behaving badly

This wrist watch is great for my study timealthough the vibration mode is barely noticeable

It is a fully auto repeating timer disregard the persons post i have no idea why they said this its in the instructions different model theyre using i dont know but it repeats

When the watch showed up it was already running

I went with it thinking it couldnt have been running that long and it worked great for about a month before the battery died

Upon reading the manual i discovered that standard battery life is only about 8 months unless you use the vibrate function
