Pros

They are a bit tight, but i do have the additional insole and wear two pairs of socks for extra cushion. The roomy toe box is great. Switched to thinner socks with these shoes, no biggie.

On feet 13 ish hours a day with these. I feel sturdy and balanced and i don't have any issues with slipping. My feet have very little discomfort now!

Cons

These shoes are way too big and wide, should have ordered the 10. The insoles are like standing on cardboard, hard. After many hours of standing they generate unbearable pain in the heels. They aren't wide like they say and no arch support!
