I tried a regular swim cap silicone one size fits all but it was tight so uncomfortable that i did not even use it

I plan on cutting off the chin strap and resewing the edge so it does not cover the ear canal

If youre just looking for something to keep the head warm in cold water this will help but it wont keep the water out of your ears
