During the first time i used it we were hunting some field covered with a waist high plant that emitted clouds of yellow pollen when touched

Since then and after several washes the brim of the hat that was really soaked in sweat at the time has kept a permanent yellow tint

Remember that canadian hat sizes are slightly different from uk ones so first measure the circumference of your head

When i tried registering my hat on line to activate the guarantee the website wasn’t working properly so i telephoned tilley uk to register it by phone

I was told by a very rude woman that it’s a known problem and to try again in a few weeks as it wasn’t possible to register it by phone only on the nonworking website

They need to fix the website and employ people with a better telephone manner
