Pros
When the hat wears out tilley replaces free of charge with its lifetime guarantee. Looking to try the hemp model and the tech wool next for winter. Top notch, and worth every penny!
The rim is broad enough to shade, but not so broad as to impede my vision (as a ball cap can sometimes do). I like the way it looks and the area of my head and face it shades. Comfy, looks great and good sun protection.
Cons
The color is faded and not as rich as the old t3. Very flimsy. Admittedly it is the same size (i measured the head circumference according to the requirements and size 7 fits me) but it is significantly smaller.
