Pros
The rice is very long-grained with a natural but not overpowering sweetness. It steams beautifully in my double-boiler rice cooker. This rice has been properly aged to achieve the perfect hardness.
Cons
The tilda rice is great, the vendor is terrible. When i cooked my first meal, it filled my kitchen with a foul smell. Had to keep the entire bag in freezer to kill the insects and wash / drain several times before cooking to float and remove the insec... Read More
An unpleasant surprise. It fails to meet my expectations. Not one, but a few. Seem not to be bothered!

While the cost evens out in shipping it across i love the taste and i get the type i want instead of purchasing whats available here

The only issue is their shipping which is with usps and takes long time
I was unhappy with the shipping since the bag had been split

A few years back i read that cooks illustrated had at one time given tilda brand basmati their 1 rating as well
