Pros

The tint of the darker colors help with preservation. While it doesn't create a complete vacuum when you close the lid, it does a good job. Wish the lid and locking grooves were made better, though.

Even two month old beans smell fresh roasted when you open it. This is a quality container that does a perfectly fine job of sealing coffee and keeping it from going stale. It also appears to maintain the vacuum seal well.

This thing works awesome. Highly recommend. Any reviews trying to describe how the item does not work are false claims.

Cons

There is an relief valve to exhaust air, but that is just for expelling air during closing, does not create any type of vacuum. This product is junk.
