Pros
Very nice coffee saver. Vacuum sealing your ground coffee (or even whole beans) elevates the coffee making experience to a new level. I store my espresso whole beans in those and it's just perfect.
Cons
Very expensive for a cheap plastic container. This canister holds just about a pound of coffee. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
This product is nothing more than a gimmick. It only displaces the air trapped in the lid as you put the lid on. This does nothing to maintain freshness.

It does not evacuate all the air from the container but displaces the volume of the lid when you press the vent button and push the lid down

If you do not fill the container mostly full then you will have more air from the start and your coffee will stale faster
