Pros
It works for some knots and trigger points. It works great and is simple to use. Awesome for working out knots in muscles.
This tool is great for smoothing muscles back to the shape they belong in. It fixes my posture in those horrible seats. It's an unloaded brace so it is very tightly strapped on.
Cons
And was horribly disappointed. It's so rounded, that it is pretty much useless for trigger point pressure. However, it is very difficult for the elbower to know where they are. They can't feel anything with the end of their elbow.
