I love this product that does its job very well. It's mildly annoying. Take your time and read through the instructions.

I like the overall performance of the rice cooker until the coating starting to bubbles and chipped away. What a disappointment. Do not buy.

Bowl itself costs 55 bux which is outrageous
I paid 90 for a used one open box but not used
My only gripe is that additional bowls are expensive
Its a bit on the expensive side but worth it for perfect rice all the time

Our family just returned from a 2 week trip to china and we wanted sticky rice just like they serve in china
I thought this was weird but i did know this ahead of time and still bought the machine

I have owned many rice cookers and find out this is to be the best one among all other brands
The cheaper brands sold in the us keeps temps too high and burn up on keep warm mode
But this one has a really fast cooking time about 40 min compare to the similar type
