The tiger claw foam * shield is used daily at the kenpo tigers school in randallstown, md by both junior and senior practitioners. Great for sparring.

Cons

This item stinks! As in it smells bad! We can't even keep it in the school or the house, we have to leave it on the patio (which just makes the patio stink to high heavens) really disappointed.

So if an 80lb boy kicks the shield when a 40lb boy is holding it better have a clear space behind

Ive been using these to teach taekwondo for maybe 8 or so years and theyve never disappointed
