Pros

The tiffen 55mm circular polarizer fits well on my tamron 90 mm macro. It is a great asset for the beginner to advanced photographer. It reduces glare and flaring on the lens.

Comes in a solid clear plastic box suitable for storing filter (no #$(&^ clamshell). It make a diffence using this filter. In snow shots, water shots, scenery with blue skies and clouds the filter is magic.

Cons

As a result, there was visible added haze and reflections.

Luckily i several of the older style circular twistoff holders from nikon and hoya and i transferred the tiffen filters to these

The ring is not as smooth as bw but the optical is as good as bw pro cpl
