Pros

For now, we currently have it programmed to regenerate about every other week. No issues so far, we have bad rotten egg smelling well water and with an added filter the water is 100% clear and don’t smell like rotten eggs any more.

Thus far unit operates quietly and efficiently. My tenants are very happy with this model.

Customer service is the best one we have ever met. Extremely satisfied with purchase. The shipping is on time. We will update if there is any change.

All the pipes and outlet are ready. Easy to install with shark bites. Had to hire a plumber to install it.

Cons

When this thing regenerates it shuts your water off. This also makes a lot of noise with your water heater when the water kicks back on 2 hours after it regenerates (at 4 am) made in china, btw. All faucets are dry.
